Even as our country seems to be enveloped in fear right now, kids are preparing to head back to school. Some parents are opting for e-learning, some are choosing to try their hand at homeschooling, and others are ready for their kids to get back into their school buildings.

Whatever your specific plan for your family as we head into this new school year, along with all its uncertainties, I want you to know that you are not helpless.

I repeat…

YOU. ARE. NOT. HELPLESS.

So much of our society wants us to believe that we have no control over what happens to us, that our health is all up in the air, and we need to just hope for the best. But my friends, that is a lie.

There is so much we can do to support our bodies with good nutrition, exercise, rest, and natural tools. We do NOT need to live in fear when we are being intentional with our health.

We moms have the privilege to educate, empower, and equip our children to be physically and emotionally healthy individuals. Let’s do it well!
